Responsibilities

  • Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and Freelance, etc.
  • Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Qualify leads to determine their needs and interest in our products or services.
  • Should have knowledge of Web Development companies.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients’ requirements and acquisition.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of bidding portals (O desk, Elance, Web Guru, freelancer, etc. )
  • Getting projects/Making new clients for the company.
  • Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing,
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.
  • Sound knowledge of IT terminologies

Experience: SRS, BRD, FRD is Mandatory.

Preparing wireframes.
To understand business needs, and collect and analyze requirements for software products and custom solutions.
To author and own various types of Requirements, Functional, Technical, and other SDLC, QA, and CSV documents.
Identify the current and future state of business processes.
Consult on business processes; negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage client stakeholders independently and with the Project Manager.
Scrum process owner.
Prototyping for proof of concept.
Analytics & dashboards to provide insights& fore-sights.
Facilitate (along with the Project Manager) various meetings including functional, technical sessions.
Conduct user reviews, UATs, etc.
For internal products, work closely with the Development Team.
Be the guardian of process, requirements, and product strategy/vision.
Perform technology assessments including data, security, risk et c., and gap analysis.
Gather and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, provide thought leadership, develop initiatives and help drive and translate recommendations into results.
Manage operational dashboards to monitor business line performance, analyze the business, provide insights to improve business performance, and drive business actions.
Author, manage, and deliver executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews to manage risks and issues and improve team communication and collaboration.
Act and operate as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders and management to diagnose issues, resolve them and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize performance.
Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy. Take complete ownership of projects/programs from ideation to delivery – business case, scope, cost, schedule, action cycles, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies, and milestones.
Create opportunities for synergies across the business ecosystem on topics such as developing business models, organizational design, and cross-functional initiatives to drive long-term business sustainability.
Develop and utilize frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment.
